By entering/participating in the Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Policy"), which are final and binding. In addition to the Policy, the customer agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation that are available on the Platform (defined hereunder) including any modifications, alterations or updates.

  • Cashback amount will be random between ₹0 to ₹1000 per eligible transaction


What is the eligibility criteria?
  • Valid on customer's first Electricity Bill Payment during the offer period on PhonePe
  • Offer on repeat electricity bill payments on PhonePe i.e. the customer should have previously done at least one electricity bill payment on PhonePe ( not applicable on first ever electricity bill payment on PhonePe)
  • Offer valid only if the electricity bill is paid on Phonepe through
    - UPI or
    - Credit or Debit Card
    - (UPI+Wallet) or (Debit / Credit Card + Wallet)
  • Not applicable on the following billers: MSEDC Mahavitaran, BSES Yamuna Delhi, BSES Rajdhani Delhi, Tata Power Delhi, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL), Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, BESCOM Bangalore Jaipur Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd, Tata Power Mumbai. There are separate offers running for these billers. Please check offer section for further details
  • Transactions paid for using ONLY wallet balance will not be eligible for the offer
  • In case of payments where part of the amount is paid using wallet, the offer will be applicable on the total transacted amount.
  • For example, if a bill payment of ₹300 is paid using ₹100 gift voucher balance and ₹200 through BHIM UPI/Cards, the cashback amount will be calculated on the entire amount of ₹300
  • This offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu (owing to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other states wherever prohibited by law.


How many times will I be awarded Scratch card?
  • Scratch card can be availed only once per device and once per PhonePe registered user during offer period


How do I get the Scratch card?
  • On your PhonePe app
  • Click on Electricity Icon within "Recharge & Pay Bills" section of the app
  • Select Electricity Provider
  • Enter the "Account Number" or "Consumer Number" or "Service Number" or "K Number" or "CA Number" or "Customer number" of the electricity provider
  • Check the amount to be paid
  • Pick the payment option for the same
  • Note: in case you hold a wallet balance, it will be automatically used for paying. Please uncheck the checkbox to not use the wallet amount
  • Click on PAY BILL to complete the transaction.
How do I redeem the Scratch card and get cashback?
  • On a successful transaction of your electricity bill payment you get the scratch cards
  • In the PhonePe app, click on View all Rewards section
  • Find the unscratched cards and swipe to redeem the rewards
  • Once redeemed scratch card cashback will be credited within 24 hours
  • Scratch card redemption limit is up to one year
  • Note: Scratch cards received on this offer can be redeemed only on android version 3.3.36 / ios version 5.0.31.1000 and above. Upgrade your app to redeem cashback
When do I get the Scratch Card?
  • Scratch card will be rewarded to your active PhonePe account within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
  • In case of any cancellations, the cashback processed post redemption on scratch card on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
  • Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited to back to the source of funds used while making payment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RELATION TO THE OFFER AND ITS REWARDS
· This Offer benefits/rewards shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Sellers or Flipkart.
· The Offer benefits/rewards mentioned above are not transferable.
· The Offer is only applicable to select Products listed by the Sellers.
· The eligible customers of offers (i), (ii), (iii) can avail the offers on PhonePe App or website post 20th April 2019. The customer acknowledges and confirms that he/she is aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. The customer agrees to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
· The following terms shall correspondingly apply for each reward (as set forth in B above) under this Offer:
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of the customer to participate in the Offer shall be 18 years.
· There is no participation fee to participate in the Offer and the Offer is voluntary.
· The Offer is open to only end customers and not the resellers of the Products.
· Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy, at any time without any prior written notice to the customer.
· The Offer is not valid if a Product is cancelled or returned.
· This is a limited period Offer, subject to availability of stocks.
· Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this Policy. Flipkart's decision in this regard shall be final.
· The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.

· Flipkart reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any customer / winner that tampers or attempts to violate the Policy or is involved in any fraudulent activity.
· Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
· The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this Policy by the customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the customer.
· This Policy shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Policy.
· The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
· Flipkart is merely a technological platform service provider, does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and shall not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products. The Sellers shall be solely liable for any deficiencies in relation to the Products and the rewards/benefits awarded to the winners.
· Flipkart shall not be responsible towards fulfilling the Offer benefits provided by the Brand Partner to winning customers under this Offer and shall not be held liable for the same.
· Pictures of Products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual Products and rewards/benefits. Flipkart shall not under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
